Our building was constructed in the 1950's and was first used as a 150 square foot grocery store. It was then expanded, and became a Studebaker dealership. When we found it, it was being used as an auto mechanic / body shop.

The angled walls and modern architecture drew us to the site. It's in the heart of the city, minutes from Memorial Park, and in the middle of U.S. 59 and I-10 – the perfect location.

We started the renovation process by completely gutting the building. Split rock, stucco and metal were used to create an environment that lends itself to urban architecture, while keeping an open atmosphere. Today our building is an unforgettable part of Washington Avenue, and we invite you to come visit us and see for yourself.
