30 Townhomes - Rice Military
This community has 30 units that we wanted to sell quickly at an under market value.
We used similar finishes and exterior style to a community that is popular, but had homes starting at $800,000. This created an alternative that was much more affordable while providing clients with similar finishes and amenities.
Majority of the homes sold prior to completion.
42 Townhomes - Upper West End
Upper $200’s | 1332 - 1743 Sq. Ft.
Clients wanted a community with a nice floor plan and finishes in an affordable price point.
We created a large community in a transitional area with all of the features that clients were looking for.
All homes in phase 1 were sold within a month of completion. All but two homes in phase 2 were sold prior to starting construction. The remaining two were sold prior to completion.
35 Townhomes - Shady Acres
Low $300’s | 2066 - 2085 Sq. Ft.
Clients were looking for an affordable home that offered them more of a community / neighborhood feeling.
Creating a community that offered a variety of styles and features. This community had a combination of attached homes, freestanding homes, homes with yards, homes that were gated, guest parking, a common area courtyard, and homes that had private driveways.
All three phases were sold out prior to completion.
6 Townhomes - Upper West End
Mid $300’s | 2317 - 2367 Sq. Ft.
Clients were wanting a modern community in an affordable price point.
Created a community of six units in the style that clients were looking for with added amenities including a roof terrace with views of downtown.
All six homes were sold prior to breaking ground.
